Pressure Gauge Installation Precautions:

3. The on-site use conditions should meet the requirements of the technical parameters of the instrument. Correct selection of the instrument range, the measured pressure.The force cannot exceed the upper and lower limits of the instrument, and there should be a sufficient overpressure safety margin.
4. The temperature of the measured medium should not exceed the working temperature range of the instrument, and the sealing and vibration resistance performance of the instrument should also be ensured when used in corrosion and vibration places.
5. The instrument is a vertical downward direct installation type, which can be directly installed on the pressure interface of the pipeline under test. During installation, avoid the formation of "closed pressure" between the instrument connection thread and The Valve in front of the meter (observe the indication value, and pay attention to the pressure response time) , if the pressure is formed, it should be eliminated in time, otherwise it will cause damage to the measuring element and medium leakage.
