According to JJG 52-2013 verification regulation of elastic element general
Pressure Gauge, pressure vacuum gauge and vacuum gauge, the upper and lower switching values of the electric contact
pressure gauge need to be verified in the verification process. "When the electric contact acts and has an output signal, stop increasing and decreasing the pressure and read the pressure value on the calibrator", that is, the pressure gauge calibrator can recognize the electrical signal of the terminal of the electric contact pressure gauge.
However, in the actual verification process, there will be the phenomenon that the electrical signal cannot be detected. One reason is that the electrical contact of the electrical contact pressure gauge does have problems, and the other reason is the wrong wiring of the terminal or the poor contact between the detection equipment and the electrical contact.
